Approval conditions for opening a Decoration waste sorting plant:
The construction department, construction department or decoration waste transportation department must meet the following conditions when applying for approval for urban decoration waste treatment
(1) Submit a written application (including the time, route and disposal location of decoration waste transportation, the contract signed between the construction unit and the transportation unit, and the land use certificate of the decoration waste disposal plant);
(2) Have a disposal site plan, an entry route map, corresponding paving, rolling, dust removal, lighting and other machinery and equipment, drainage, fire protection and other facilities, and a sound environmental sanitation and safety management system that is effectively implemented.
(3) Have a plan for the classification and treatment of decoration waste and a plan for the recycling of waste concrete, metal, wood, etc.
(4) Have a legal road transport business license and vehicle driving license;
(5) Have a sound system for the operation, safety, quality, maintenance, and administrative management of transportation vehicles, and effectively implement
(6) The transportation vehicle has a fully enclosed transportation mechanical device or a closed cover device, a driving and loading and unloading recorder, and corresponding decoration waste classification and transportation equipment.
2. Companies that dispose of decoration waste should apply to the municipal appearance and environmental sanitation department of the municipal people's government and dispose of it after approval by the municipal decoration waste disposal department.
The municipal appearance and environmental sanitation department of the municipal people's government shall decide whether to approve the application within 20 days after the application is approved. If approved, the applicant shall be notified and the reasons shall be stated if the approval document is not issued.
