After that, the crushed materials will be graded through a vibrating screen or a drum screen, and particles of different sizes will be separated into different collection areas. Next, we use a strong magnetic field to attract ferromagnetic materials to achieve a preliminary separation of metals and non-metals. In addition, by adjusting the air flow speed and direction, we can also use the difference in material density to further separate light materials (such as plastics and paper) and heavy materials (such as glass and stone). For some complex or difficult to automatically identify materials, we will also perform manual sorting to ensure the accuracy of the sorting.
