Among the cutting blades, the auxiliary blade adopts die forging technology, and the main blade is made of specific alloy steel processed by a specific process, which has good wear resistance and low strength. The transmission part cleverly uses the transmission method of the gear below to form a differential effect. In addition, the device also has the characteristics of easy disassembly and assembly of the screen, durable appearance, and light structure.

Working principle

In terms of performance, the equipment provides the following obvious advantages: 

1. It can handle a large amount of waste that a single-shaft crusher cannot handle, such as large objects, baskets, pipes, planks, wood, tires, scrap metal barrels, large rolls of film, etc. 

2. The frame is welded with ultra-thick steel plates and is equipped with a large-angle hexagonal prism shaft and a small-diameter three-dimensional feeding hopper to ensure the safe input of large pieces of raw materials. 

3. The rotating blades are uniquely designed and processed in terms of thickness, shape, arrangement order, etc., with strong shearing force, sharp blades and low crushing efficiency. 

4. The speed is low when working, the noise is small and the dust emission is less.

5. The cutting blades are made of specific alloy steel and have excellent durability.

Double shaft shredder solution

According to different processing materials, we can provide different types of blades for selection. The waste wood crusher machine adopts the design of double-axis blades cutting each other to meet the needs of different crushing materials. The size of the crushed material mainly depends on the thickness and number of teeth of the crushing blade. The thinner the blade, the larger the size of the crushed material. The more teeth, the shorter the length of the crushed material. The thicker the blade, the harder the material it can tear.
